Can anyone tell me the name of the power that gives the blue energy ring as seen at 1:56 in the youtube video below?
I asked in the zone chat, but people seemed to think I was asking about the wedding rings from the formal set. >facepalm<

    That's definitely the sound effect of Force Shield, but I think it was actually a character behind that was using it. That ring of light, I've no idea what that is.

    I believe that it is one of the limited use items. Possibly one of the Bloodmoon devices, I'm not sure which, though.
