Ok what is a surefire trick for getting Prison Break to complete? I have a toon that has tried 10 times now and every time either the neme fails to leave the cell or leaves the cell and stops on the gang-plank. Either way the mission fails to advance any further and cannot be completed.
I have tried defusing the bomb, not defusing the bomb, completing the objectives in varying orders AND changing the neme's powerset. NO JOY.
Currently neme is Celestial with robots using military weps.
Anybody have a successful powerset combo and/or proven method for getting this stupid mission to complete?
Yeah this mission is bugged. It's been that way since the alert patch. I've got it to work eventualy by dropping the mission, and taking it again. sometime 3 or 4 times before it got unstuck. Just keep trying and hope it works untill they get around to fixing it. It's frustrating I know but what can you do. They have bigger bugs than this in the game that have been around much longer. Good luck with your mission.
Never had a problem with Fire, Infernal or TK Nemesis. Also unarm the explosive on
Green Dragons cell .. i think i read somewhere that that also helped somebody who
had a problem.

I was having the same problem and I defused the bomb every time. The only thing that I did different the time I finally succeeded was I killed everything in on my way to defuse the bomb rather then use my travel powers to skip the first few goons.

I didn't even now it was possible to NOT kill everything, since you have to run through all
the rooms to help the guards
When you get to the part where your nemesis leaves, don't attack the minion until the master villian moves. I have found that if you just sit there and wait for the mob to activate, it usually works. Well at least thats how I have been able to complete it.

Hm .. i always killed the minion first, and after that waited for the attck.

There is that, yes - it you haven't helped all 12 Guards, the mission can't complete. Whenever you're stuck on any mission, be sure to check the various goals, and make sure you've leapt through ALL the hoops...

Weird, I made my 2nd Nemesis not to long ago. Didn't really have much of a problem with that quest though.
Are you sure you didn't pick the disarm instead of defusing the bomb?

I'll give it a shot later and see if I can finally finish it on this toon. All 15 of my gold toons and most of my 10 silver toons have been able to complete it although some have had to try it multiple times before it completed.
But 10 times straight with 10 fails is just stupid silly. I was afraid some recent patch had borked it permanently but that doesn't sound like the case.
Well, I put my first Nemesis in Prison and made a second one and did the Prison Break mission, with the first one, I had to change her from Electricity to Munitions, nix the Robotic minions for the Mercenaries, just to get that mission to work.
The second nemesis, Single-blade with Ninjas, worked the first time on Prison Break. I was actually able to fight Green Dragon in the mission, rather than see him standing there like a complete fool, pounding a fist into his other hand, as he did with the Muni/Merc Minion Nem.
14 tries now. Objectives are always green, have tried disarming the bomb, letting the bomb free and defeating Green Dragon always dropping the mission and reacquiring between failed efforts.
Nothing changes, neme refuses to leave his apparently comfy cell. Vengeance remains untargetable. Mission fails to complete.

Sonofabitch... that got it to work.
Helped injured guards before hitting the force field, opened west wing door, opened cells with console, disarmed bomb, halon off, neme was SB, henchies Ninjas with MA.
Success after 15 attempts. Woot! Thx for the suggestions.

You never did that ? I always do that first .. so maybe no wonder i never had that bug.
I've stopped however at some point opening the doors with the console .. its always
funny when the prisoners come nontheless through the closes doors
My flip twitch was always letting Green Dragon out. Not defusing the bomb and just rescuing everyone, doing the halon, then pounding him like a drum, then finishing.
