Become Ghose device build?

I just bought a perma Become Ghost device, and I thought I'd start a new toon from scratch to build around it. Thing is, the device has its own passive and powers, so I'm not sure if there's anything I can do to "help" it (other than stats).

I guess I could be a dual-mode toon . . . one set of powers as a human, then turn into ghost. If I did that, I need to think about complimentary sets.

My other consideration is this: is it even a good idea? You can't rank up device powers (I think), so is it just going to be gimped anyway?

I'd appreciate some thoughts from veterans about preferred stats, complimentary powers, and general ideas on how to best use this device.

The ghost effect looks too cool to not use it!

Thanks!

Nothing really 'helps' a Become Critter device. It has its own stats, powers, gear.

A Form (like IDF) 'transfers'. But it could be just visual glitch.

    You'd use Become Device when/for:
    - you are stuck with AT. Lets say a high damage, but squishie AT could use Warewolf (has Regeneration) for some fights. Or you have Mind and in some groups that have enough support you switch to a offensive Become device.
    - travel vehicle. You have Acrobatics, not lvl 35 yet to have second travel power and you want to fly.
    - Black Talon has support drones that can heal stupid suicidal NPC that you have to escort

Become Critter device can be used as an extra power or two. Not 'set' or 'build', just a couple of powers. A bit more usefull if you have AT only. Very limited use for FF.
