Glowing Tattoos

I've seen someone with tattoos that glowed... as in they turned off and on on their own without having to change costumes. They look like that swirly tattoo look. Where do you get them?

    There's a few facial tattoo's designs that if used with the correct skin tone (oiled, etc) allow for "Glow" on the face.

    Simple experimentation will find them...

    Were there any specific reason for that personal attack other than that your opinion differs from mine?

    You can also choose a tight fitting costume piece with glowing accents. Match the base costume colour to your skin colour so it looks the same.

    I think you're thinking of "swirl scars" from "A Halloween Creatures Pack."
