Energy Slide TP gone from C-store?

I could have sworn this was in the c-store. its still in the power list from the trainer. am I mistaken? is this a vendor power? thanks!

    There was a bug with the last patch, so they had to remove energy slide from the Z-store, though it will be back soon according to them.
