Character Bug

Hello,
I have returned just 4 hours ago to play Champions Online from such a long break of about a year now, i understand this is an incredibly long time to leave a game, but as i have returned i seem to have lost ALL of my characters, i loved the characters i have made and am rather dissappointed that they have been deleted, i was just wondering, first off, why were they deleted? and could i get them back?

If nothing can be said or done, i'd just like to thank you for reading this anyway.

    If you were inactive for a year from Champions Online, I'm not really sure but maybe it gets removed from your account. I'm sure you have a good reason why you were away for so long but I wish there was a way to recover your characters back. Have you try contacting PWI (sigh)?

    I'm so sorry to hear that. I do hope that you recover your characters back, or not.. try remaking one.

    Your characters are never deleted unless you did it yourself. Are you sure you have used the right username and password?

    I understand that there are perfectly good reasons to get my char's removed and i also hope they get recovered but atm it looks grim, i dont think i will, also im 100% sure i have the right username and password, its the only one i made and it logs in, just no chars shown...

    Are you sure you are logging into Cryptic and not Perfect world?

    Its very easy to miss the little button above the log on prompt.

    Unless you've linked your account properly. You'll still need to use the Cryptic log on to get into the game. A lot of returning vets have been having issues with the whole PW/Cryptic account nonsense.
