I'm just wondering about this. I usually get it within hours, but it's been 5 days and nothing yet. So I'm wondering if they removed the stipends with this new merger...
The stipend is still there. Try contacting Customer Service - it's not that much of a joke any more.

There might be a bit of lag in the system for stipends, and so you might get it a few days late. Thats what happened to me, anyway.
If you're willing to wait, I can tell you if mine's delayed. But it doesn't usually hit 'til the end of the month. :P Still, there's likely to be delays in the system a bit with the changeover in currency here. If you're really worried about it, you can try contacting support.
However, I've received my stipend semi-regularly (there's usually a small amount of variation) since the original merger (late last year, I think?) without a problem, and haven't had an issue in this area as of yet.
The Stipends isn't listed under Zen in the Account page - that's not hooked up yet. You need to check out your Zen balance in the Zen Store to see it updated.
STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

Astonishingly, as of now it still hasn't been credited. It's been 9 days now, and no official response to my ticket either... curious.
(Of course, that's probably because I'm not a subscriber right now.)

They closed my ticket saying I got my stipend on the 14th... *looks at cryptic store and sees balance*... noooo, I don't think I did.
Did you read darthpanda's response? 175 each for two costume slots
That's 350 Zen out of your 500 stipend. What, may I ask, is your current Zen balance?

Yes, but I had bought that 500 Zen... perhaps I'm mistaken. But if I don't get it again then I'll know I wasn't.
Just went to my bank and it has transactions, but there's nothing in my CO purchase history... huh. Alright well, I'll just chalk it up as me being crazy. It's possible... Oh well, this can be locked now I suppose.
Actually it's useful to see threads like this when there doubt or confusion, especially if you can see if it's a mistake, an isolated incident, or a widespread issue. One of the positives of having a forum to discuss if you ask me. :-)
PS: My stipend and that of a number of LTS friends in-game are working fine too, as least for 2 months for this website merger/integration thing.
