Launcher Won't Connect

Hey all, I was playing most of today, and then DC'd when trying to load into an Alert. Since then, I haven't been able to get either the CO or the STO launchers to connect. I know there's a way to set the options in them to use proxy servers for patching and/or gameplay, but if I remember right, I have to actually be at the launcher UI to do that, and I'm not getting that far. Any suggestions?

    Im haveing the Same problum right now I jsut made it back to green skin & was DCed & now i eather cant get to my heros or the map wont load before it kicks me again

    Still can't get in, rebooted router, etc. Here's my thrilling tracert if anyone at PWE cares. Although, for now, I'm going with "Clear still sucks." Back to Global Agenda.

    But the problem is not on PWEs side but on yours, the tracert looks as if you aren't even
    connected to the internet at all, since nothing behind you router answers. So i can only
    suspect that there is a problem with your router or you ISP. Or your Router uses a Firewall
    that don't allow pings and tracerts, like the Router in my Company.

    If the problem is with PWE however the tracert should be fine until the last hops.

    Yah I was guessing it's Clear just being crappy as usual, but I was at least hoping someone would have a way for me to get into the options on the launcher to point it to a proxy and try that. I can't get to the launcher UI with the link to the options menu, though.

    You should better look into the options of your Router if there is something blocked, or maybe
    check you Firewall.

    Yah but this happened mid-game, and nothing was changed between the time that I was on, and able to login freely, and the time that I was DC'd, and not able to get to the launcher UI. I've restarted the router, but I'm not going to bother trying to contact Clear, all that does is waste 3 hours and annoy me. I'll just play GA again until someone realises they tripped over a cable and some of their customers can't reach some areas of the net.
