S.O.S. Forums customization!!! How to (where to, in fact)

Ok, so I see a loooooot of people lost as to the changes to our (now kinda ugly) Forums.
Most of them want to change their avatar, sig or a few options.
Considering that, for an unknown reason, those options are hidden but accessible, heeeere are the direct links to do just that:

Custom avatar edition (Upload a custom avatar here).
Avatar and title selection (Enable your Vanguard title here).
Profile options edition (including timezones, posts-per-page, etc.).
Copy a character to the PTS (Only useful for Golds, but still...)
Quick workaround so you can copy a toon past the first 6 (Yet another player-fixed bug...)
Ignore List edition (Making a very much needed return).
Retrieve your Cryptic account name (Let's make it case sensitive... Cryptic, indeed)
Gold membership options (Even 30-days cards)
PRIMUS DB tutorial (For those who still want to showcase toons despite PWE's efforts...)

Nope, I'm not the one who found those, I'm leaving to the finders to claim credit for it.
I just thought it'd be easier to repost the links so they are easily seen.

    Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).

    80x80? Check. 12 KB file size? Check.

    Upload of file failed. :mad:

    Edit: Seriously? It'll show when I post, but not preview it next to the Edit your Avatar in the top left?

    Yea, I didn't mind the changes the Star Trek forums got, but this? This is a bit of an eyesore. Then again I thought the same thing when youtube was changed, and aol was changed, but I got used to it. Hopefully i will get used to it.

    Clearly I suck at this as even following those links only gets me the option to use the predefined avatars...

    flyingfinn: People being dicks towards one another?... I think that started when the stuff rose from the sea and acknowledge there was some other stuff next to it and started to poke it.

    Nah, you don't suck, the page is confusing and makes me feel back in the 90's.

    And yes, it shows also the default avatars.

    Scroll down, the option should be there, somewhere, to upload your own avatar.

    Either i'm dumb or senile or both, but i can't still find how to actually change the avatar without using the links....

    Nope . you are not. The function is still not integreated directly, its just a link to a workaround
    that was posted by the STO CM Brandon.

    Does anyone have a list of legal BBCode for this board? I tried to {CENTER} (with square brackets) my sig contents, and the board laughed at me.

    Do you guys know of any way to stop the forums from marking various posts as read even if you haven't read them.

    I'll go check out 1 of a few bolded posts, get distracted by work, go back to the main forum and anything in that section that I Know I haven't read has is now unbolded.

    Any ideas?

    Now could anyone tell me where I change my forum title? I'd like to get rid of that pesky "Perfect World User" and have my Vanguard title in its stead.

    EDIT: Never mind. It was under "Edit your Avatar".

    Does anyone know how to turn off the "automatically put a copy of SENT emails" into a folder option? :confused:
