Item Desciptions with mod info

Item descriptions whether linked in chat or viewed from anywhere else should show what mods are currently slotted into the item. If no mods are slotted, then the line for that slot should read -empty-. This would also let the player see how many slots the item has and how many are available. The description should also list the type of slot (armoring, utility, etc)
