can't start the game plz help

hi, when i try to start the game i get an error.

so i start up the game get the criptic launcher autoupdate and after a litle while i gat an error message this is what the error mesage says:

patch error
the patchclient got a message while it was in a state of no response function

plz help and srry for my english spelling

    I keep getting an Error message too but mine keeps saying about a DerectX or what ever & i have to reboot my computer

    Same here but mine says something about unable to create D3D. I thought I was the only one going through this

    I'm having the same issue as the OP. The game started rubberbanding, so I logged out to check on my connection, and since then I haven't been able to come back in as the launcher keeps giving me that error.
    I hope someone knows what to do.
