New features not compatible with 360 Pads

I know there aren't many of us out there who prefer to use the 360 pad over keyboard (although there should be it's soooo much easier) but could you take the time to make the new features compatible with the pad? The alert queue pop-up has a tendency to stop my face buttons from working yet doesn't actually use them. You also can't dismiss it by pressing back like you can with every other pop-up window.

I play on a pad too, but I use my mouse for all everything other than movin' and fightin'.

It is odd that they didn't allready do what you're asking for...

XBox controls, as far as I know, haven't been updated since they were implemented way back before the public release of the game, and even then they only added them on a whim since they were already working on them for the planned XBox release of the game that got scrapped. And they were obviously unfinished even then.
The XBox controls are awesome, but for some reason the developers just do not give the slightest crap about them.

Xbox controller controls aren't "officially" supported. As was said above, it was something that was being worked on when they had plans for an xbox version, once that was dropped, so was development on the controller controls. If there are any advancements in them it'll most likely be because some developer decided he wanted to make it his pet project and does it on his own time.

And yet the controller is a super-cool feature of the game. I hate keyboard gaming especially through a long game and the controller support is a big part of what enables me to play this game regularly.

Here that cryptic/pw? The controller support has got you half a year of subscription so far and i don't plan on quitting either.

Lack of controller support is the main reason I have given a bad review to Marvel Heroes - and likely one of the features that will prevent me from going to that game at launch.

If this game also stops supporting controller interface then I'm sure there are plenty of game I would prefer to play a superhero in.

Stop trying to invalidate people's choices. You sound like an ignorant bigot when you do.

One of the main reason I continue to play is because of the (unofficial) controller support.

It's not about ease - things are actually easier with a mouse and full keyboard. Auto-aim and other issues present in FPS are not an issue here.

I have some serious carpal tunnel/repetitive stress in my right hand from too many decades of using a mouse and the controller means I can play without pain.

I probably wouldn't like it very much if it didn't have controller support, and I "technically" don't have a 360 controller(my computer doesn't use the actual driver, so this game thinks it's not an actual 360 controller, which it is, I use XBCD, very useful driver for those of us who are console junkies), but it's still nice to be able to use what I have. If only I could get it to actually use the rumble function....

It's not laziness, it's ergonomics and practicality.
Especially as my nails are half an inch long past my fingertip when at their shortest, and they scratch away keys very fast if i'm not careful. Using the gamepad means i have to replace my keyboard less often.

Quite honestly, combat in CO requires a certain amount of twitch response, and for that a controller will always be better than a keyboard. Try hitting alt+7 powers in a moment of need while circling counterclockwise against a target (i.e. strafing right and turning left) and still being able to keep an eye on their teammate.

Keyboard and mouse is only good for macros, most of which aren't necessary in CO unless you're a pet master.
