Who is this "Perfect World User" and why are they spamming the forums?

Have you seen all the posts on the forums? It's like this one guy, called Perfect World User, has been going around holding conversations with himself, even holding flame wars with himself... and it's like 99.9% of everything on the forums right now.

Joking aside, this is so we can introduce ourselves if we became disconnected from our previous user names due to PWE's bungling up the name reservation system, or some jerk taking our names on PWE's system before we could do an account merge.

As such, I'm the forumite previously known as Metallurgist.

    I'm starting to think that this forum may be the domain of some multiple personality disorder-affected forum god....that or there was some kind of forum here before the Big Bang (read:yesterday's maintenance)! Nah, that would be impossible....I Miss my name too, still...

    If you want my money, there is a fairly simple way to get it since I am fairly free with how I spend it. First, produce something I consider to be worth buying. Second, offer it up for sale. Don't lock it behind a gambling scam. If I want something, I am perfectly happy to pay for it. But I will not purchase a CHANCE to get it, When I pay money, I have a perfectly logical right to expect to get what I want.

    @Kurbee here, though I haven't posted enough that I would think of myself as being recognizable anyways. Here's hoping PWE's lack of spaces and caps shows off my terrible Star Wars reference and not something wildy different involving hairy palms.

    It's actually the first time I'm genuinely glad to have the vanguard title. I want as little association with PWE as possible.

    I'm disappointed.

    At least, at this point, my LTS has basically paid for itself, so my monthly stipend from now on is them paying me to play the game...

    More seriously, if you linked before they announced the extremely specific process required to pick up your reserved name (or even after, since they didn't publicize it well), at least try to get CS to unlink you and let you try the 'proper' linking procedure. They seem to be pretty responsive when it's not an issue with the game itself.

    Not that that's usually a good thing, but in this case...

    Hehehe, yeah... especially considering we lost all other titles. At least those of us with a LTS can distance ourselves from that crap.

    By the way, they can give us custom titles. Other forums have them.
