Working on this idea. The character is supposed to be a fire/brimstone type Paladin, but I want to have plenty of PvE survivability to work with. Mostly rolling as a tank role.

PowerHouse (Link to this build)

Name:

Archetype: Freeform

Super Stats:
Level 6: Strength (Primary)
Level 10: Constitution (Secondary)
Level 15: Endurance (Secondary)

Talents:
Level 1: The Devastator
Level 6: Bodybuilder
Level 9: Boundless Reserves
Level 12: Physical Conditioning
Level 15: Mighty
Level 18: Enduring
Level 21: Energetic

Powers:
Level 1: Bludgeon
Level 1: Cleave (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 6: Defiance
Level 8: Enrage
Level 11: Guard
Level 14: Brimstone (Rank 2, Aftershock)
Level 17: Vicious Descent (Relentless)
Level 20: Flashfire (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 23: Thermal Reverberation
Level 26: Arc of Ruin (Rank 2, No Quarter)
Level 29: Orbital Cannon (Rank 2, Anvil of Dawn)
Level 32: Redemption (Salvation)
Level 35: Annihilate (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 38: Resurgence (Rank 2, Rank 3)

Travel Powers:
Level 6: Phoenix Flight (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 35: Teleportation (Rank 2, Rank 3)

Specializations:
Strength: Swole (3/3)
Strength: Aggression (2/2)
Strength: Juggernaut (2/3)
Strength: Overpower (3/3)
Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
Vindicator: The Rush of Battle (3/3)
Vindicator: Modified Gear (2/2)
Vindicator: Mass Destruction (3/3)
Protector: Fortified Gear (3/3)
Protector: Bulwark (2/2)
Protector: Exhausting Strikes (2/2)
Protector: Resolute (3/3)
Mastery: Protector Mastery (1/1)

Some notes: Orbital Cannon makes for a nice "judgement" strike, but can definitely do without. Redemption for a nice rez-other (but since I'm tanking I may not ever be able to use, help appreciated) and I picked Flashfire but not Pyre because Pyre is a power hog for some reason. I wouldn't be surprised if someone told me this build is cringe-worthy, but I really need to have a solid plan before retconning at 40.

You'd want some cooldowns, both offensive and defensive, especially if you are going to tank. I have a similar concept, with a heavy weapon/kinda fire based fallen angel. I find brimstone/aftershock is enough fire to work with thermal reverb. Visually it's identical to any other pyre patch, which can make keeping up multiple ones tricky unless you use different colors, but even then it is just one more thing to pay attention to.
I wound up using arc of ruin/skullcrusher for bigger things, cleave for minions (that don't die from brimstone) and using decimate for my crippling challenge applier. Stuck challenging strikes on brimstone and cleave (i think).
Also, I managed to fit in two passives to switch between, way of the warrior and lightning reflexes, and with silver recog dodge/avoidance gear, and the protector-bulwark thing, i can shift from pure dps (melee damage, way of the warrior), a decent middle ground dps/tank that i use in alerts and against bosses that don't hit all that hard (hybrid role, way of the warrior) and a pure tank (tank role, lightning reflexes). By putting my taunts in things I can manage to function without, but can/will use regularly, i can switch easily to whatever the group needs, and keep myself up against most things with dodge/bcr. If you wanted pure tank, I'd suggest dropping way of the warrior for another defensive cooldown, for example, masterful dodge/resurgence. Hope my long, rambling, late night post helps.

The main reason I'm using the tank role is that I seem to be unable to use Defiance with the Melee DPS, it keeps dissapearing. I don't really want to be a main tank, but I always end up being one. Will WotW stack with Enrage?

Because defiance can only be slotted in a hybrid or tank role. Try unstoppable in the melee dps role.

Well, I had a tank build that would give me 10K damage with Imbue/Unleashed, but then I tried something different and now I can't get it back. It was designed around the second tank build, but had adjustments I can't seem to get.

Heres my Fire/ Heavy Weapon build. I run in hybrid role mostly. Con/ Str/ Rec (talent for End).

    http://powerhouse.nullware.com/powerhouse.html?v=4&n=&d=1317WAPEQFaB3Q1G000G10JG70O9B03IG04G809G600GE0L28002B00J501GD009K00GB072WhP3bIm3byZ

The build was made to allow me to solo content and tank alerts. I havent tried out any lairs or other group content.
