Knock resistance formula plz

Could someone perhaps direct me to the formula that determines the actual chance to resist being knocked based on how much strength you have?


To clarify, I would like the formula that translates cryptic resistance into actual percentage chance. :D

    As far as I know it uses the same formula as damage resistance so...

    1 / (1 + %resist) = %chance to get knocked

    So if you have 100% knock resist it's 1 / (1 + 1) = .5 or a 50% chance to get knocked
    200% yields 1 / (1 + 2) = .333... or a 33% chance to get knocked
