- Added chance to apply Staggered based on charge time.

- New Adv (2): Staggers targets in a small area effect on full charge. Roots secondary targets affected by 3 stacks of Stagger.
New Power: Rock Formation
- Tier 1 Earth
- 50ft Range
- Must be fully charged.
- Paralyzes targets in a 15ft radius.
- Applies Stagger.
- Adv (2): Deals damage over time. This effect will not diminish the Paralyze.
- Adv (1): Knocks Up targets that are immune to hold effects.
Power Variant DevicesUltimate Cave In
- 50ft
- Deals damage in a 25ft radius. Damage is increased on the primary target.
- Paralyzes targets. Knocks down hold immune targets.
- Applies 3 stacks of Stagger to all targets.
- Deals additional damage to Hold immune targets.

DEMOLISH DEBUFF ON CAVE IN!? Really?
This doesn't sound right at all, why would you have the Earth's ONLY Alpha Strike attack be able to have access to Demolish Debuff in the entire set!?
That's like Force revamp NEVER HAPPENED and only Force Cascade getting adv for Demolish
or having access to Devoid by only with Ebon Ruin
That's extremely counterproductive for Earth
At least give both Stone Shot and Onslaught adv for Demolish to fill those pre-alert holes of lack of synergy, as more years pass the more obvious the outdated powerframes stick out
Agreed. You DO NOT put the debuff on the big, single target Alpha shot. You DO put it on the blast or one of the other lesser powers.
One more thing about Cave In: the animation does NOT line up properly with the damage. Meaning, the damage hits and between .5 - 1 sec later the animation completes.
This is bad for 2 reasons.
1) If you are looking at the animation to determine when to fire again, you are always OFF timed.
2) Sometimes, the animation of various powers prevent your BLOCK from actually activating, even though you've stopped the one power and pressed the BLOCK. Only 2 places I know this to be a problem is Ape and mostly Dino/Baby dino wireframe attacks.

While Cave In is one of the higher damaging abilities in Earth, it does not have the base damage values of standard high tier damaging abilities, and isn't considered one.
When Earth is looked at, we will update existing powers, and add new ones to flesh out the set.
Still, too many holes with this powerset (and Wind) that could be filled during Force Revamp, not even an in-depth revamp, just blast getting demoshi
Out of curiousity if Cave In isn't considered earth's high tier damaging ability than what skill in earth's tree is?
