Zen Store FF Slots don't follow the new MAX character slots cap?

Today after purchasing 3 FF slots during Black Friday Discount, both 1 and 3 FF slots in Zstore got greyed out and have the red hover message:
"You cannot purchase this item because you do not meet the requirements"
and im like "THATS SUSPICIOUS why are the normal character slots still active then?" (as showed in the image above)
During the Anniversary the character limit got increased by 5
Here is my GIF of my character Roster
9 Pages of characters in use - 1 Page on unused slots
AT: 13 + 8 currently Unused regular silver slots
FF: 104 + 3 currently unsuable FF Slots
PAGE 1 = 5 AT + 8 FF
PAGE 2 = 2 AT + 11 FF
PAGE 3 = 13 FF
PAGE 4 = 13 FF
PAGE 5 = 13 FF
PAGE 6 = 13 FF
PAGE 7 = 13 FF
PAGE 8 = 13 FF
PAGE 9 = 6 AT + 7 FF
PAGE 10 = 8 AT + 3 FF
128 slots in total
If the max character count is either 130 or 135 (im pretty sure its 135 because the 5 & 10 character slots is STILL available) that means the FF slots are capped

And then there was another incident YEARS AGO when FF Slots from Zstore were apparently ignoring the max character limit
and im thinking
Were the slots CAPPED back then and now that the max slot limit has been increased they FF slots are outdated!?

POWERFRAME REVAMPS, NEW POWERS and BUG FIXES > Recycled Content and Events and even costumes at this point Introvert guy who use CO to make his characters playable and get experimental with Viable FF Theme builds! FF slots say 120
Regular Character Slots say 125
They both haven't been updated to reflect the Correct number!
What is the correct number?
