But I was wondering if anyone has made a FF Fissile yet and would mind sharing the build?
Since the PH Planner hasn't been updated to include the Gadgeteering revamp, I won't be providing a link to it and instead just use its layout for a custom build. Regardless, here's an example FF build for it:

For single-targets, the build uses charges of Particle Blaster to apply/refresh Disintegrate, uses taps of Chest Beam to apply/refresh Burn Through (if keeping the power), and otherwise channels PBR as its main attack (can also potentially throw in Electro Magnet, esp if you need more energy via its Static Field effect). For AoE, Plasma Radiation can be your main attack, while you'll also want to throw in Electro Magnet for extra AoE dmg and to help keep enemies together. Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Dex and Con (can also gear for some End if you want more energy from Unified Theory).
