Resurrection Serum + Reanimator ADV is broken and doesn't summon a ghoul animore

Reanimator ADV on Resurrection Serum no longer works!
Using it on a defeated enemy only spawns a black portal but no longer any Ghoul!

Tested in Powerhouse
and outside the powerhouse with my pre-existing Necromancer character!
The power is now a dead slot!

    It's been months since the Gadget revamp and neither of the issues about the Resurrection Serum's 2 ADVs has been resolved

    Reanimator ADV still does nothing
    &
    Mass Ressurection ADV still uses too much visuals resources and lags the game


    If those issues could be fixed, especially now that its Bloodmoon and my Necromancer can raise the Dead again!

    I pray this message finds you well!
    As daylight dwindles, the witching hour draws ever nearer and the Bloodmoon glows stronger, I find it more and more imperative to inform that the resurrection skill of the Gadget variety, has both of it's advs still broken in different aspects of gameplay variety!
    I have been denied my right to be a Necromancer for too long after the Gadget revamp session, while also getting Framerate issues on Mass Ressurection.
    We wish to inform you that while the Reanimator is such a Niche and unpopular ADV for the gameplay loop, It's no reason to turns your eyes away from it!
    it's still broken and requires repairment!
