Healing Runes & Static Field sabotages, delays, and eats Ultimate PVDs Rune's summoning timing

Noticed this with [Electro Magnet] & [Neuroelectric Pulse] 's Static Field (which is counted as Rune) and [Ultimate Sonic Boom Generator]


When a Static Field Rune is summoned, IT WON'T de-spawned and be replaced with the Ultimate rune!
Eating the Ultim Runes duration
  1. Activate a Static Field/Healing Rune
  2. Use an Ulti.Rune PVD
  3. The Ulti.Rune wont appear at all until the Static Field/Healing despawn
  4. The Ulti.Rune duration has been cut and will Despawn, not staying for its full 12 Seconds Duration

This is messing with my Ultimate Sonic Boom Generator Rotation
Even worse with Electro Magnet's Static Field which you need to Time so it's not active at all when using the Ult.PVD

5. Now imagine this while using Electo Magnet on a Sonic DPS build to cancel [Hyper Voice]'s ridiculous repel magnitude :weary:LIFE IS PAIN


In Reverse, if Ulti.Rune PVD is activated first, it will dominated and won't allow regular runes to be summoned at all until it de-spawn


Can we please have Ulti.Runes Instantly DESPAWN your existing Healing Runes/Static Field like [Transcendence]'s Ulti.Rune which seems to be de-spawning Healing Runes & Static Field as intended, making me think the PVDs' Ulti.Runes are not program the same way

Additionally Suggestions from the by product of this Bug Report
Suggestion: Please add a Buff Icon for Static Fields to indicate they are RUNES and give energy over time

    In matter of fact, this is what it kept borking my Fire-Darkness Warlock Build

    Using Soul Vortex with Ultimate Fireball basically caused me the same trouble before I retconed Soul Vortex into Dimensional Collapse


    If Pillar of Poz, Electro Magnet, Static Field and Soul Vortex could get an ADV that replaced the Runes with something more useful

    NOTE: Transcendence is not immune of getting eaten by Runes! From my healers experience in Eidolon

    You can waste an Ultimate Healing Rune+Ressurection with a Rune/Static Shield very easily

    Now imagine a Healer with Transcendence , who is either using Electro Magnet or/and Soul Vortex and things are getting Messy

    also Force Rune exists...

    TL;DR
    1. Ult.Runes are not a priority and can be easily be overwritten by weaker runes
    2. This is the whole situation is the "Meteor Blaze Ultimate Pyre Patch getting replaced with regular pyre patch" all over again but with Runes/Static Field
    3. Neuroelectric Pulse is horrible outdated and I hate it! It needs ADVs

    Glad to see this captured.

    I would like to also point out that this also happens with Pillar of Poz and the new Ultimate Pillar of Poz PVD's Ultimate Rune effect.

    Fixed an issue where normal Runes could override Ultimate Runes.
    Today's Patch notes only fixed Ultimate Sonic Boom, and Ultimate Pillar of Poz, other Ultimate Runes are still not fixed
    BUG: [Transcendence]'s Rune is still getting replaced by regular runes
    BUG: [Ultimate Fireball]'s Rune is still getting replaced by regular runes

    Putting a GIF for it since I only mentioned it but never capture it

    Ultimate Havoc Stomp's & Ultimate Thunderstrike Rune seems to coexist with regular runes!
