Remove OSV Genetic Exhaustion

Nothing is more frustrating/annoying than having an hour+ Genetic Exhaustion slapped on you when the game kicks you out or you get SNRed out of the game. A HUGE QoL would be to remove getting dumped out of the game as a thing that triggers Genetic Exhaustion. Even better would be to just get rid of Genetic Exhaustion completely.

    3. Guardian tokens from OSV are nigh useless. Give them some better usage.

    OSV gear is still, probably and generally, the best secondary gear in the game, so getting rid of OSV mode is not really an option, unless they make the gear available in some other way. Someone might say they should redo the OSV system, but not enough dev resources to do that.
