    This prob should have still went in the Build & Roles sub-forum, but it's okay.
    I'm curoius to see if it's possbile to mix the following Framerwork: Elemental (Fire/Ice/Electricity) Mystic (Darkness/Celestial) and Mentalist (Only Telekinesis) into a build, now there is a single rule that this build needs to follow. (Build must start/w or have a Combo Power)

    The 'must include a combo' bit seems like a weird restriction here. Most Combos are melee, the sets you want are mostly ranged, and TK Strike isn't that good unless you're pairing it w/ TK Lance (and then for single-target dps there's not much reason to get any other powers, and especially from other sets).

    Aside from that restriction (which I'd only ignore cause it's taking a power that's unlikely to be that useful), there's still tons of different ways to mix the listed powersets, since you still have a wide array of sets you're picking from and haven't specified any other powers. It'd prob be better to ask yourself if there's any other powers in particular from each set you'd like to incorporate as a preference.

    If it helps, one more universal way to mix two ranged sets that don't usually jive together is to take a Blast from one set and mix it w/ a charged ranged single-target attack from another set, using Preemptive Strike in Avenger spec so the Blast buffs the charged attack. Add in one decent non-cd AoE from (possibly) another set, a block from (possibly) yet another set, an EU that works for both the ST and AoE powers, Concentration or Chilled Form as the toggle/form, NW as the passive (for a dps build), and possibly a debuff power for the charged ST attack - and you've got the start of a decent Ranged build that can sample powers from many different sets.
