Bag problem

Every time I change locations by reloading the UI one of my bags opens up.
when I click the bag to close it, it opens it up again so that 2 windows are there for the same bag.
only way I can make it stop is to exit the game completely, but soon as I open any of my bags in the game it starts to do it again.
Oh Atari how I miss you!

    Is this consistent across characters, even fresh ones without an edited UI loaded?
    Also, does this keep occurring even when you save a new UI load-out with the bags closed?

    Consider resetting the UI and test whether this if it occurs, reloading a saved UI and checking again.
    It's possible the UI was changed while one of the bags was opened at the time.

    the overflow bag was an issue a help tip i got was /lootcancel and then it worked again.. also if i was in a que and a bag would be open it would stay open when we transferred maps or entered the closed instance,
