Add an aura slot for "Travel Power"

Have a new tier of aura slot that has the slotted aura's effects only happen when you are using a travel power.

I imagine it to work a lot like the "In Combat" aura slot does now.

We have a lot of great auras, and a lot of basic travel powers that could benefit from the visual effect.

    This is such a great idea! All of my mains use auras for travel powers but this would make everything so much more managable!

    That would be really nice and fun to have, actually. I'd certainly appreciate something like this, and I bet many others would too.
