In general, you can throw in taps of MStorm to apply/refresh Stress and add some extra DoT dmg, while MLeech can also add DoT dmg and extra healing. Otherwise, for single-targets it alternates between TK Strike and charged TK Lance, while charged TK Burst is the main AoE attack (can be changed to TK Barrage instead, if desired). You also have a threat wipe available w/ Mind Wipe (if you want to keep it). Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Rec and Con (and some cost discount on gear).
