Added Thundering Claws power variant device as a possible drop.

Fixed an issue where the trailing stars (white) aura displayed the wrong aura.

Power Variant Device.
Scales off of Dragon Claws
Deals single target electric damage.
When fully charged against a target affected by Negative Ions, refreshes effect and chance to apply Negative Ions to other targets within 25ft.
Applies High Voltage for 12 seconds for every target within 25ft (max 5) affected by your Negative Ions, which increases the damage of the power by 5% per stack.

Kaiserin Please, We need a Melee PVD that applies Superconductor buff for Electric Vengeance and now Thundering Claws

If Toxic Blades PVD got toxic debuff support build in on their sets, the other elemental melee PVDs need it too!

Same with Brilliant Cleave, it needs a Melee PVD to apply Devoid to compliment it!

Not the PVD I was expecting for Hi-Pan, but THIS WAS MADE 100% FOR MY FIGHTING CLAWS + ELECTRIC BUILD

With the emphasis on variant devices as a means to introduce new powers, it would be nice if they could inherit Challenge from their base power so they could be viable in tank builds.

I have a TANK build using Ray guns, and not having them Inheriting the Challenge from TGM, Clips me!

Unsure if this is a bug or if its just that the wording for the device needs some amendments - High Voltage buff is applying to self every full charge of Thundering Claws on a single target with Negative Ions.

If this is intended, the wording on the device may need amendments.

I suspect this is due to these bits interacting:

All I did:

Apply Negative Ions
Full Charge Thundering Claws
Repeat Step 2 continuously and High Voltage constantly applies till the cap (5 stacks)

Yeah, looks like I'm completely wrong! My post was about single target only but I suppose that would limit its usefulness against bosses so that's that!

EDIT: It looks like the device description in the LIVE patch notes is the correct one. I suspect it'll be amended to match at a later date.
