  Okay, the mix of sets is a bit odd, but could be made to work in a number of different ways. Here's an example of a basic dps build w/ them (if you want a build w/ a different role and/or playstyle, then let me know):

  The last 1-2 powers can be w/e ya want.
  
  In general, it keeps Ball Lit up for Ionic Reverb. For single-targets, initially it uses Chain Lit and Ball Lit to apply NI and Superconductor, and after that it uses LArc as it's main attack and keeps Ball Lit up. LStorm can be the main AoE. In either case, you can throw in taps of MStorm and ELeech for some extra healing and DoT dmg, and Collective Will can also be used in content that's still okay for pets. TK Shield could also be replaced w/ Elec Shield, if desired. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Rec and Con.

  Thanks, its works great. Mostly go for DPS in game as tanking and mods get little bit too expensive
