  The last few powers can be w/e ya want.
  
  For AoE, you can tap Shotgun to put up Fear and (potentially) the AP debuff in an AoE, and otherwise use Bullet Hail as your main AoE attack (Shred can also cleave when up-close). For single-targets, you can just alternate between Shred and charged Massacre. I also threw Holdout Shot in there for the theme and as another self-heal. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some End and Con (and some cost discount on gear).
  
  You cold also try a Str-based approach (w/ Str SS'd), using AotB as the toggle/form instead of FotS. Flanking could also be traded for Finishing Blow in Brawler spec if you're mostly just playing solo.
