Vigilance repeatable quest cooldown keeps resetting

This is day three or four where the Vigilance mission (given by Patil in Defender Kiosk) tells me I have a few hours left on cooldown before it can be taken again, without actually letting me take the quest again. Yesterday when I logged out, it said I had five hours and change til the cooldown was over. I log in today and it tells me I have just over 10. I'm pretty sure that this isn't how daily cooldowns are supposed to work.

    This confusion could be avoided if the timer would display the remaining days. Its a weeklong cooldown, not daily.

    Yes, timer is borked and useless. When you'll next be able to take it is always a mystery.​​
