Weapon Displays no longer working

I have every power off, even my toggle form, and the weapon display devices still won't work. If I try to use Weapon Display: Single Blade, nothing happens. No animations, the device doesn't even light up in the tray. If I use Weapon Display: Heavy Weapon Shoulder, my character will go through the animation of pulling out the weapon and putting it on his shoulder, but then immediately go back to his default stance with no weapon.

    I am also having this issue with Weapon Display: Single blade. It worked fine previously but upon purchasing another of the device for an alt yesterday (20th of October 2023) it has stopped working, even on another character that has the device.

    It doesn't function as intended. It cannot be toggled on but it's icon appears in the buffs/debuffs at all times while slotted. While slotted it has also been observed to affect the animations, but not the function, of travel powers, tested on Acrobatics and Super speed, and maintain powers, tested on Crimson bloom. With travel powers it uses the unpowered running animation and with Crimson Bloom the animation plays as if the power was tapped once while the damage continues as normal while maintained.

    I've added as much information as I can think of, hopefully this helps get this remedied.
