  Yea, that thread is still good. It can also help to specify any sort of powers or powersets you'd like for the build, if you have any in mind.

  Just a FYI, swift wings only applies to flight, which is very slow in combat. It is still slow with the mod, and probably not what you want for any kind of speedster theme character. Go use superspeed instead. Swift wings' main use is racing, out of combat.

  Aww, I was hoping Swift Wings would help with superspeed too.
  
  I guess I asked about this build specifically because I don't know which healing abilities are best for a "heal 'n go" type toon. Thanks for letting me know about that thread!
