Disabling Smoke Bomb (Bug?)

When I get damaged after using the Smoke Bomb ability (Level 30 "The Blade" Archetype ability), I instantly lose Stealth instead of it lasting for 4 seconds. There's nothing written on the ability to make me believe it's intended so... it's probably a bug right?

    this is how stealth works in this game, and in many other games in general.
