  Ice Spear and Defile were a bit redundant. I added Mephitic for a power unlock. You could drop the last two power if you have other preferences, though Will-o'-the-Wisp let's you apply Debilitating Poison more frequently than with Corrosive Pit alone. I put in Ice Form as your Passive to boost both your toxic and cold damage. You could swap that for Pestilence if you prefer.
  
  Under Specializations, if you have a good amount of Offense from your gear, I'd take Aggressive Stance in the Vindicator tree. If not, I'd consider taking 2 points in The Rush of Battle instead.

  Defile and Ice Spear are pretty redundant, since they are both strong single-target attacks. Defile works better w/ the rest of the build, so I'd prob keep that and ditch Ice Spear. The build could also use an energy unlock, and you may want to switch to Conc or Chilled Form as your toggle/form, since they are more general-use. I would also add a source of Debilitating Poison in there to buff your Toxic dmg- prob using the Wisp since it's easy to manage. There's not much synergy between Ice and Infernal, but you can keep a few Ice powers for CC and/or general utility. Here's an example edit:

  The build is mostly going to be using Infernal SN powers (esp since Pestilence won't buff the dmg of any Ice powers). You'll want to keep the Wisp up in general for debuffing. For single-targets, you can alternate between IBlast and Defile, while Venom Breath can be your main AoE attack (I like its AoE stun adv, but you can also switch back to R3 and its higher dmg). Ice Cage can interrupt/root enemies (and can potentially distract enemies if you open w/ it), while Ice Burst gives you another CC option. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some End and Con.

  I just checked. I had picked up Mephitic already, just forgot to add it to the Hero Creator build.
  
  I'll get him to lvl 40 and do some number crunches with the builds!
