Bug with Rimefire Burst

Description states that once you apply both debuffs to an enemy AOE of it should be 30 ft, but in reality it is around 15 ft... Sometimes it does indeed hit in 30 ft, but that is very rare.

    Cannot repro. My guess is you may be trying to apply it before both debuffs are in effect. The power also has a target cap of 4, so you could just be hitting the target cap before it can hit anything within 30ft.

    I can repro this. I've tested the differences specifically in Therakiel's Temple while enemies were spread out further than 15 ft.
