Celestial damage dealer needs updating

Originally used as a ranged dps with some heals also, worked okay back when Demonflame was first released, but is very old. I;ve tried an update before but it didnt go great. It kinda works now, but is certainly in need of a tuneup or redo. Would like to keep it damage primary with second-string heal backup, but not opposed to just making the whole work well as concept. Celestial power set mainly, maybe a little fire set support if it helps. And rezzes, always forget that part

Thanks for looking. Also, if you could point me to a heavy weapon leveling build would be appreciated.

I have a few more of these requests for the future. Should I post them in seperate threads, or lump them into replies on a main thread?

If the future builds are going to be more spaced out, then it prob makes more sense to just make new threads for them when the time comes.

Unfortunately, Celestial just doesn't have a strong single-target dps attack anymore (the old Celestial Conduit w/ the 1-sec ticks was expensive, but pretty good dps if pulsed rapidly), so there's only so much performance you can get out of the concept (your current build is okay for that, but you'll prob find its single-target dps to be a bit lackluster, inevitably). You can somewhat make up for Celestial's low personal dps w/ it's ability to put up many dmg-boosting debuffs for a team, via Vengeance's CC adv and the right specs. That's prob the direction I'd take for a Celestial 'dps' build, that also can offer decent support (though prob not replacing a healer). Here's an example of that:

(Unnamed Build) - Freeform (Ranged Damage)
    v3.45:38

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Presence (Primary)
    Level 10: Intelligence (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Witch (Con: 10, Int: 8, Pre: 10, Rec: 10)
    Level 6: Negotiator (Int: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 9: Lasting Impression (Pre: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 12: Diplomatic (Int: 5, Pre: 5)
Level 15: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 18: Healthy Mind (Con: 5, Int: 5)
Level 21: Shrug It Off (Con: 5, Pre: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Radiance
Level 1: Vengeance (Rank 2, Redemption Denied)
    Level 6: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 8: Shadow Form (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 11: Concentration
Level 14: Shadow Blast (Psychotic Break, Devoid)
    Level 17: Spirit Reverberation
    Level 20: Resurgence (Rank 2)
Level 23: Ego Sleep (Plagued by Nightmares)
Level 26: Force Shield (Rank 2)
    Level 29: Imbue (Rank 2)
    Level 32: Iniquity (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 35:
    Level 38:
    Adv. Points: 28/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Presence: Repurpose (3/3)
    Presence: Selfless Ally (2/2)
    Presence: Moment of Glory (2/3)
    Presence: Force of Will (1/2)
    Presence: Vulnerability (2/2)
    Overseer: Ruthless (3/3)
    Overseer: Impact (2/2)
    Overseer: Trapped (3/3)
    Overseer: Enhanced Gear (2/3)
    Sentinel: Torment (2/2)
    Sentinel: Caregiver (3/3)
    Sentinel: Sentinel Aura (3/3)
    Sentinel: Wither (2/2)
    Mastery: Sentinel Mastery (1/1)

The last 2-4 powers can be w/e ya want.

Charges of Vengeance are obv the main attack in general here. I added SBlast w/ adv just to boost Vengeance's single-target dmg a bit via Devoid (when charged), while Sleep can be tapped in AoE to more quickly put up Fear for SReverb to proc then (and/or you could charge Sleep to debuff in an AoE). With the debuffs proced from the various CC-ing spells, you'll be boosting your allies' dmg by a good amount (via Trapped, Wither, and/or Vuln), while also putting out some healing in the background. Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Con and/or Pres.

The build can also go for an Ego focus (instead of Int SS), or switch to Chilled Form and use Dex instead. Other toggle/forms are also possible (like Manip, which would boost your CC strength, but w/ a lower dmg boost), as are other slotted passives (Ego Form, Night Warrior, Enchanter).

And here's a quick HW dps build:

(Unnamed Build) - Freeform (Melee Damage)
    v3.45:38

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Strength (Primary)
    Level 10: Recovery (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Devastator (Str: 10, Con: 10, Rec: 10, End: 8)
    Level 6: Paramilitary Training (Str: 3, Con: 3, Rec: 3, End: 3)
    Level 9: Relentless (Str: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 12: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 15: Amazing Stamina (Rec: 5, End: 5)
    Level 18: Bodybuilder (Str: 5, End: 5)
Level 21: Physical Conditioning (Str: 5, Con: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Bludgeon
Level 1: Cleave (Rank 2, Fiery Spirit)
    Level 6: Unstoppable (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 8: Enrage
    Level 11: Pulverizer
Level 14: Arc of Ruin (No Quarter, Wildfire)
    Level 17: Resurgence (Rank 2)
Level 20: Annihilate (Rank 2, Scorching Blade)
Level 23: Vicious Descent (Relentless, Bold Entrance)
Level 26: Endorphin Rush (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 29: Guard (Rank 2)
    Level 32:
    Level 35:
    Level 38:
    Adv. Points: 28/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Strength: Swole (2/3)
    Strength: Physical Peak (3/3)
    Strength: Brutality (2/2)
    Strength: Juggernaut (1/3)
    Strength: Overpower (2/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Warden: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Upper Hand (2/3)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Mastery: Strength Mastery (1/1)

The last 3 powers can be w/e ya want.

Cleave can be a basic early attack and initially put up CFlames, while taps of Arc of Ruin can refresh CFlames and apply/refresh No Quarter, and Annihilate is your main single-target attack (can use the other attacks to build up knock immunity, if you don't want Annihilate to knock trash mobs away). At mid-high level, I'd prob replace Cleave w/ Eruption and its CFlame adv, since it can put up CFlames faster (but obv can't be spammed as a low-level attack vs. Cleave). Arc of Ruin (and early on, Cleave) can be your main AoE, though Vicious Descent and Eruption can also help w/ AoE (and Descent has a nice shielding adv). Gears mostly for Str, w/ some Rec and Con.
