Chimera's tail materials not loading or not unlocking

Here is a picture as an example of what I mean. The scales on the chest and legs work fine but seems to be broken for the tail.hnp9ickexr1y.png

    its missing the basic cloth, metal, leather materials. maybe this is connected to the scales texture not appearing.
