To Gadget need one of effects: Burn Through or Disintigrate. To this need any power with 100f to up effect (not PA), or put rank with one of effect in any power with 100f, or put one of effect in Blaster rifle power. This betetr to Gadget build, then any player can have Gadget. Think about it, need do better wit it, not complicate.

    Unfortunately DEVs stated the Gadgets will be the VERY LAST powerframe to get revamped because it's so over the place with it's power

    However I agree, they could at least do the bare minimum and give Gadget powers access to Burn Through or Disintegrate to fill the huge gaps!
    Not even a revamp is needed, just throw a bone to the unrevamped powerframes!

    Gadgets has only one good Single Target DPS and that's Pulse Beam Rifle (unless you want to Tap spam Experimental Blaster and get Carpal tunnel)

    Non-toggle PA also has powers left to die with zero utility and low DPS like Power Gauntlet which should have got access to DEBUFF by now
