Have TPB Store Available on Demand

How about the Trade Paperback store just be around all of the time?

STO's Phoenix store, which is similar in function to the TPB store in CO, is now available all the time where previously it was not - all you have to do on STO is click your Phoenix vouchers. Could we have that be the same here on CO with TPB vouchers?

Otherwise we must wait for the TPB to appear on a schedule no one seems able to predict.

    Yeah. That certainly sounds like a good idea to me.
    I'm genuinely not sure of what the cons if any would be to keep it open either and I'm sure MANY people would appreciate it if it was always available.

    I think that this would be a good idea! I've always been real confused as to the scheduling of when the Trade Paperback Store would be open and when it wouldn't.
