This spec right here got "fixed" a couple of weeks ago and it has given me such a headache to deal with literally everything now, because now a lot of snares don't work with it at all, like black fangs, and some other old ones.

either roll back the "fix" or fix all of the snares iterations, whatever is easier.

    Work in progress list of powers with snares that don't work with the spec:

    - TT's Black fang's frenzy basic power, applies 3 stacks of snares
    - chaos imp's lunge, Horrors
    - Dogz' Cur lounge
    - Dogz' Ulfhednar howl and knock attack
    - New shadow's Immortal Deadly bite
