    Yea, that build looks like it could work fine as is, assuming energy is okay w/ Avalanche. I can't test it atm, but you could also try an approach using something like Wall of Ice and Icy Embrace as the EU + Ice Sheath as the AO (since its crit severity scales w/ Chill stacks), if you want to dabble a bit more into the Ice aspect (and hopefully that would still give you enough energy to work with).
