    Scything Blade, Frenzy, and Dragon Kick are somewhat redundant here (all being pbAoEs), and the build doesn't have a stronger single-target attack (like DC, DW, Massacre, Reaper's Embrace, DBite, Thrash w/ adv, BCF, or DU- not sure which is thematic enough here, but I'd prob pick one of the attacks w/ Slashing dmg, to pair w/ Shredded). I'd also prob get the Rush adv on Dragon Kick (if keeping it), since the extra energy could be quite helpful. Assuming you get a real ST attack, I'd prob also max Focused Strikes in Vind, if also sticking w/ FotTempest as the toggle/form (FotTiger could also work, depending on the attacks and rotations you settle on- as could FotS or AotB + a Str focus).

    Supernatural Power also won't proc on the non-Bestial attacks here. You can either restructure the build to mostly use Supernatural attacks (Massacre would prob be the best ST attack then, if keeping Brawler's Setup), or switch to a different EU that's not as specific. You could also pick an Ult w/ Overpower (like the DB one, if you have it), but it's up to you.
