Winter Event
  • Added Frigid Jacket, Frigid Collar, Frigid Belt, Snowball Launcher, Frigid Sword, Cryogenic Rifle to the event store.
  • Added Frosty Rifle to the event debugger store.


PTS
  • Added Cryogenic Pack to the debugger store.



Ice Cages
  • Fixed a bug where some couldn't apply past 50ft.

    Please, *PLEASE* add a version of the Crystal Aura that affects only Skin tissue and hair (no effect on tights & other costume pieces)! 🙏

    Wall of Ice appears to be working as expected now with various combinations of advantages and ranks.

    With Glacier moving to Overseer, I did a little bit of testing with Ice Blast to see how it would scale up with Administer in the Overseer tree. Unfortunately, it appears to be bugged.

    Bug
    Overseer Specialization - Administer Ranks 2, 3
    - Rank 1 applies appropriate 3% increase to Ice Blast
    - Rank 2 and 3 have no effect

    I always hope that the devs want to make money for CO. A fair number of people receive money as a Christmas gift. Gift money tends to burn a hole in the recipient's pocket. For that reason, I recommend that any holiday sales that may happen start before Christmas, not a week after (i.e. not with the New Year), when that discretionay money may already be spent elsewhere.

    Running a holiday sale from the 22nd of December to the 5th of January seems like a good idea.

    Unless you want to make sure Valve gets first dibs on people's gift money and end-of-year paycheck (with a possible bonus attached).
