  Well, there's not that much reason to use both RThrow and Throwing Blades in the same build. Also, Bolas are no longer a cd-based attack, so you may want to get another cd-based power for MSA instead. Frag Grenade cannot debuff for Slashing dmg, but it's still a pretty good dmg add for a thrown power (that and/or Incendiary Grenade, if you want to boost Strafing Run a bit w/ No Quarter). You also prob don't really need more than one threat wipe. Here's an example edit of it:

  RThrow won't be great for single-target dmg on its own, but all the cd-based attacks can help boost it a bit there. Other SS setups can work here too, but you'll still prob want Int SS'd for MSA at least. Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Dex and/or Con.
