    DE is pretty costly here (and won't proc the toggle/form), but I assume that you won't be using it too much either. You prob don't need the bleed refresh adv on Scything Blade, and you can already refresh bleeds w/ Evis anyways. Assuming Massacre is your main ST attack, then you'll want to get it to R2 (and to keep the Bloody Mess adv). You can take a rank from the Ult and/or ranks from the lesser-used travel power if you want more free points (you could also consider taking an Ult w/ Overpower available instead, if desired). Guardian spec is also a weird choice here, since it's not a primarily ranged build to benefit much from Find the Mark. I assume that you want Warden (or Brawler) spec instead.

    Oh, and I guess it's worth noting that Shred's bleed chance will be lower if not taking AotB or Enrage as the toggle/form, but that also means switching to a Str-focus if you want to accommodate that. It may not be that big of a deal w/ Vorpal Blade around, but it's up to you. I'd also prob get a bot of End to help proc Supernatural Power more fluidly, even if you aren't SSing it.

    Hm, it seems less 'biker' now that you got rid of the chain power (not that it was needed before, in terms of practicality). Regardless, you still don't really need the bleed refresh adv on Scything Blade (assuming it's your main AoE attack).

    For single-targets, I assume that you'll mainly be alternating between Shred and charged Massacre w/ Brawler's Setup? That can work fine, but if so, then you prob want R2 of Shred (and maybe also 2/3 in Vind's Mass Destruction for Shred). Also, if you are doing that rotation, then you don't have as much need for Eviscerate anymore, since you'll be using Shred pretty often (Evis is more for Massacre-spam builds, since base Massacre alone doesn't apply or refresh Bleeds or Shredded). You could instead add back in a self-rez, if desired (though prob not Rebirth, due to the self-dmg).
