Bought UNLOCK ONSLAUGHT: MEDUSA from AUCTION HOUSE, vanished upon activation.

SYNOPSIS:
I spent 100 G to buy UNLOCK ONSLAUGHT: MEDUSA from the AUCTION HOUSE, upon use the item disappeared.

DESCRIPTION:
I Purchased the UNLOCK ONSLAUGHT: MEDUSA from AUCTION HOUSE (REWARD PACK) for 100G. The item appeared in my inventory after purchase, I double-left mouse clicked on it to activate it (because I couldn't place it in an item slot). There was an
audible cue, it vanished. II searched my inventory, it doesn't exist. I searched my POWERS,...everywhere, it's nowhere to be found. I signed-out & signed back in (hoping that this would resolve the issue). It didn't, the missing item issue.

RESOLVE: If I can't have this item I'd like my 100G returned. I worked for this.

In addition:

I don't know if this is related, but the game has booted me three times in the last hour; auto-signing me out without working. @ 6:21PM I was kicked from the server again (which server I don't know, I was at the Auction House). Upon signing back in I entered Server 3, the entire place was vacant, no players, no NPCs, & no HUD; just the environment and SFXs. I couldn't access the OPTION MENU via the ESC key, had to manually close the screen and relaunch the game.

If the unlock worked on the character you unlocked Medusa on, you can go to the Onslaught store and look at the OV unlocks under the Onslaught Villain Store tab. The Medusa unlock should show a cost of 1 Onslaught Token instead of 10,000 Onslaught Guardian Tokens. If it doesn't show as unlocked, check all of your inventory bags. If you had a bank window or SG vault window open at the time, it may have transferred into there as well.

Spokyspectre I had already done what you suggested; within the Onslaught Vendor window, to the right of Medusa's image and BECOME ONSLAUGHT: MEDUSA shows '1 Onslaught Token' (fyi I have 365 Tokens). When highlighted it gives the details. Under ONSLAUGHT MEDUSA TOGGLE there is a 30 MINUTE countdown timer, which ticks down. BUT if you exit the Onslaught Vendor this timer resets. So what I did last night was a test: I kept the Vendor window open, only pressing a key on the keyboard every 8 o 9 minutes (to show active). When the timer reached zero it remained at zero, everything remained locked (I couldn't BUY or anything). When I exited and reentered the Vendor window the timer reset to 30 mins (actually 29 MINS 5X SECS). I can only transform to a onslaught villain once per day, as if I never activated Medusa.

Sorry, missed this response. When you say you have 365 tokens, are you sure they are Onslaught tokens? The OV tokens get a bit confusing with Guardian tokens, Villain tokens and Onslaught tokens. You can only get Onslaught tokens by purchasing them from the OV vendor and they should show up in your inventory bags.
