Improve Utility Mod Availability

There is a huge disparity in the availability of Utility Mods that boost damage:
  1. Some mods rain down on us at Cosmics and are also available at the gcr/scr vendor (Fire, Cold, Beastial).
  2. A few mods drop as singletons as a reward for completing the daily cosmic and are also available at the gcr/scr vendor (e.g. Sorcery)
  3. There are mods that drop from a weekly alerts that are also available at the gcr/scr vendor (laser sword) while others are only available from a single alert (electricity) and not anywhere else.
  4. Some mods were available in cosmic key packages and not anywhere else and usually can not be found anymore in the AH or even from other players (e.g. Force, Archery and Celestial)

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to this disparity. I.e. why should it be so much easier to acquire Fire mods over Force mods? Personally, I believe that all damage boosting Utility mods should be available at the gcr/scr vendor. I wouldn't mind if all such mods were always available in the Zen store as part of a cosmic key package either, but that's not as necessary for game play as getting them all into the gcr/scr vendor. Once upon a time the Munitions mod was not in the gcr/scr store, but was eventually added in, so there is precedent for this.

    Bumping since we have an archery revamp and no way to acquire the Archery mod anymore unless one appears in the AH.

    Just gonna tack on here that I'd really like +CC Strength to be included in Endgame Utility Gear.

    It could be argued that most every mod that drops should have at the very least a rank3 version purchasable from one of the vendors.

    Ones that we would love to see r3 versions are: DUC and any of the other max level mods that drop.​​

    Bumping again. Wouldn't it be nice to see Force and Electricity mods available from the Champion Recognition Vendor for the anniversary? That would be glorious!
