Advantage for Reckless or Bastion on Protection Field

I've suggested this in several other places, but I'm putting it here so it can be properly referenced.
An advantage to apply a stack of reckless to the target of your protection field would be a very helpful and reasonably balanced way to make the shield helpful in other circumstances. It could be a 1 or 2 pt advantage to apply or refresh reckless on the target. If that's too much, it could just apply, not refresh, or it could force a cooldown on the power or something.
Alternatively you could just find a way to apply bastion while the shield is up. That would work too.

I think this would be a nice way to make Protection Field (and possibly Mindful Reinforcement) more supportively useful as shielding powers.

Requires 3 powers from Force or 4 non-energy

Reckless - Power Shield
Applies Power Shield to targets. Power Shield applies a shield to enemies which does not absorb damage and returns energy to you when struck and can be used for Field Inversions. This lasts for 10 seconds.
Applies and refreshes Reckless on you and nearby allies. Reckless gives you 35% resistance to all knock effects, lasting 15 secodns and stacking up to 3 times. While dealing direct damage. Reckless applies Bastion, which causes X% of your direct pre-mitgation damage to be applied as a Shield, lasting 10 seconds and stacking up to 10 times.
Advantages:
Kinetic Field - This power now knocks back enemies.
Recharge - Restoration advantage. Small HoT.
Accelerated Metabolism
Challenge!
