Shadow Scheme not procing Concentration?

Should Shadow scheme trigger stacks of Concentration when used beyond 25'? Seems like it should, but it doesn't.

    Prob cause the sigils' hits are the proc opportunities, not the original cast from you (which does no direct dmg), and the sigils are too close to their targets for Conc or Chilled Form to work (afaik they also can't proc FotTempest, cause they can't crit). They can still potentially proc toggles like Enrage, Manip, or Spellcaster, though.

    OK. That sort of makes sense. I also noticed that the damage the sigils do is not boosted by Sonic Device.
