Can anyone show me how to make Light & Darkness hybrid build? Please.

What do you mean by "Light"? Celestial? Do you mean an actual hybrid role, or is the intent to be dps with something added on for utility/flavor?

Maybe something like this. While Dex is PSS it would mostly stack Pre. It won't be grea dps, but it should be fairly surviable and has some decent utility. Not too many dps powers in Celestial, unfortunately. Could also go with Sentinel Mastery if you plan to fully charge Shadow Blast or Vengeance a fair amount and want more heals.
