The last few powers can be w/e ya want.
I added Vile Lariat to have another Infernal power in there, and it can give you another heal and CC option (Corrosive Pit could also work, if you have it). You could also trade the AoE stun adv on Venom Breath for R3 if you want more dmg on it instead. Regardless, it gears mostly for Str, w/ some Con and End/Rec. You could also turn it into a dual-passive build, if you want to take that approach instead (the dps passive could be something like Pestilence or NW, while the defensive passive could be Regen or Invuln).
